Refund policy
At Dawn & Drew Boutique, every item is ordered specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your sizes, styles, and order details carefully before checkout.
Preorders
ALL preorder items — including bamboo — are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason once submitted.
Our preorder vendors create each item to order and do not carry extra inventory, which means changes, cancellations, or size adjustments are not possible after purchase.
ONLY IF our vendors are unable to fulfill the orders/items, Dawn & Drew Boutique will attempt to replace it will a similar item, or refund you your money for Store Credit or Original Payment.
Refund Exceptions
The only time a refund will be issued to the original payment method is if:
- A vendor cannot fulfill your order, or
- An item is found to be sold out prior to Dawn & Drew placing the order with the vendor, or
- Dawn & Drew Boutique is at fault.
In these rare cases, a refund will be processed automatically.
Porch Pickup Orders
Orders that are not picked up within 3 months of the order date will be considered forfeited and may be made available for repurchase by other customers.
if you select shipping, but want to change or update to the porch pick up option, you will receive store credit for the shipping fee. IF you select Porch Pickup, but decide to have your item shipped at a later date, you will be invoiced the shipping fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery before wearing or washing the garment.
After review, we may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
