WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
All ready-to-ship orders will be processed within 2-4 business days if Economy shipping is selected. Once the package is shipped out, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
Most all items ordered within Dawn & Drew Boutique are pre-order items. Turn around times are posted within each item, please be mindful of these dates. Once the item arrives to Dawn & Drew, your item will be shipped within the next 2 business days.
Please note that we also do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all that we can to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Dawn & Drew Boutique is not to be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.
Once an order has shipped and the tracking shows delivered, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for where your mail carrier places or delivers the mail. It is beyond our control. You are responsible to contact your local USPS to navigated where your package has been placed. Dawn & Drew Boutique is not held responsible.

We offer in-store pick up for our local customers.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up in store.
If you selected In-Store Pick Up at check out, but later decide you would like to have your order shipped, you will be charged a shipping fee.
If your order is not picked up within 30 days of the order fulfillment date, your order becomes FINAL SALE and no return or exchange will be accepted.Â
If your order has not been picked up within 3 months of the order fulfillment date, it will be surrender to the store and available for re-purchase for other customers.
